if you didnt know already one of bc's rule is to be fit :) so ya'll have to try this diet plan! It's easy, 10 pages long explains how it works basically skip breakfast and only eat in a 8 hour window 1pm-7pm everyday. you fast for 16 hrs so you'll feel a little hungry but thats good cause youre losing weight eventually you get used to it.
