I'll talk to Gnoth, I may want to go with a mixed ranking system, old and new.

Orc Army = Rukh

Pug - Rookie - (Proving capable of Orc Language, Tactics, Chain of Command, Discipline)
Gruntee - Soldier - (Helps train Pugs, proves to be a valued member of clan)
Grunt - Squadron Leader - (Orc Trainer, and Entry Level Leadership)
Maugoth - Orc General / (Tactics Boss)
Urdanuk - Orc Captain (Elder) / Orc Discipline (War Council, Branch Lead)
Warchief - Orc Chief / (Raid Boss) Grunts fight for title in a Hukor(Legendary Orc) fight

Mojo Ranks:
Mojokii - Gruntee Mage
Mojoka - Same Rank as Grunt
Elder Mojoka/Mojokoth - Leader of Orc Magic

Old ranks FTW! haha! even though my opinion doesnt matter i like simplicity and am not a fan of blackspeech. Count on my consistent opinion on the matter!
