Anyone checked out ArcheAge?

I was reading a bit about it on http://www.shadowclan.org/darkmoot/viewtopic.php?t=57519

They apparently allow open pvp and stealing. I found it kind of funny that one of the dudes on the ArcheAge forum goes by the name InporylemQQ (IPY QQ). Here's his video page on youtube packed with ArcheAge stuff:

I was following it a bit ago but I gathered that they were going to limit a lot of stuff. Haven't followed or checked in lately. Is this thing out in NA?

i just checked out this game it is in beta now.. so far it looks like skillgain is similar to uo which is cool, i wanna try it out
