A cold wind whipped at the drying animal hides hanging on the Fort palisade. It carried a fine dust from across the Gulf of Yew. A Gruntee Scout had reported earlier that week that several human mages were seen scattering this strange dust and dumping it from burlap sacks into the water. Soon, a nasty sickness spread among the orcs.
Burz coughed up some blood as he rolled off his coarse hammock. Each day, more orcs were falling ill to this new sickness.
"Meybi id am Tokshun?" Burz wondered. "... Nub, id wurz den tokshun."
"Uz neeb fynd da kyuur, agh den yuuz diz syknezz agynzt da oomiez!"

After a series of raids, the orcs lined up in the Fort. They had been beaten badly on many fronts, and needed to get healthier before they could continue raiding.
"Whu wanz ash Qwezt?" Burz asked the line of orcs.
Viguka raised her fist. Burz instructed her to find a tome of knowledge about this sickness. Viguka agreed to lead a raiding party to the Great Maze. There are libraries of books within that surely contain some information.
"Dub Muunz frum nuw, Viguka wyll leed rayd tu da Mayz!"
