Rank Structure:

Elder / Elder Mojoka / Warboss
"Tribal" See'r
"Tribal" Ward'r
Grunt / Mojoka
Gruntee / Mojokii
Pug

The elders are our warcouncil and they hold authority but mostly allow other more active leaders to lead. The Warboss is a special title given temporarily during Warboss Klomps. All three of these ranks speak a Purple hue of their choice.

See'rs and Ward'rs are old orcs who are respected members amongst the entire clan. The "Tribal" bit indicates a prefix that will go before their rank to indicate a tribe. for instance "Fayng Ward'r" for the Howler tribe. No prefix if that orc does not belong to a tribe. See'rs speak in an Orange hue, Ward'rs a Red hue.

Grunts and Mojokas are proven orcs who are ready to start leading other orcs and being responsible for the clan. Both speak in a Blue hue.

Gruntees and Mojokiis are newer members to the clan but hold more responsibility for taking care of our newest Pugs in the group. Generally, no orc may create a Mojokii without permission. Both speak a Green hue.

Pugs are our brand new members to the clan. Showing dedication to the clan, remaining in character and roleplaying are the fastest way to move up to any rank in Bloodclan. Pugs speak a Yellow hue.

Chain of Command

All orcs obey the highest rank present ingame, without debate.
Orcs of Grunt or higher are not to negate/fight over each other's orders ingame. Take that to IRC/forums.
Messing around with ranking orcs while humans are present is a no-no. This includes "joke attacks", blabbing too much, etc.
Looting rights always go to the highest ranked orc present. Do not loot unless that orc says so.
Disobeying ingame orders without a VERY good reason is a serious offense. Don't do it.
Badmouthing other orcs while they aren't present is spreading dissent, and generally a bad idea.

Dress Code

The only armors authorized are: bone (not the helm or chest), ringmail, and leather armor of any type (not the cap).
Any orc may wear a platemail gorget. Ward'rs and above may wear platemail arms.
Any orc may wear undyed thighboots. Only Grunts and up are allowed short boots. Dyed for their tribe or dyed brown if not in one. Only Mojokas and Elder Mojokas are allowed to wear sandles.
All Mojo orcs are allowed robes and tribal masks. Mojoka and Elder Mojoka may dye theirs tribally.
Only Elder orcs and tribe leaders wear sashes.
All orcs can wear the orcish mask of kin or the orcish helmet.
Only Mak'r orcs and Mojos are allowed an undyed half-apron. Grunt mak'rs, Mojokas, and Elder Mojokas may dye theirs tribally.
All UO weapons are allowed for use by orcs EXCEPT Halberds, Longswords, Broadswords, Katanas and Hammer Picks.

General Rules of Engagement

ALWAYS ask for tribute before engaging UNLESS:
- The target is a known orc griefer/griefing guild member
- Bloodclan is purposely killing everything seen on this raid (ay Bluud Muun)
If you ask and the target runs, ignores you or starts combat first, you are free to engage.
Once a target has paid tribute, they are to go away. Chase them away if necessary, they are only allowed to stay briefly.
Crappy tributes such as 3 bandages or 2 gold pieces are in insult. Say so, then demand more or initiate combat as the situation dictates.

Communication Rules

In-game speech is always in character. If you aren't 100% on orc speech, that's fine. Just make the best attempt at it that you can. Use Party chat to speak OOC with someone.
No smilies, no abbreviations such as lol, rofl and the like. Try not to refer to RL things while speaking as an orc. Orcs do not know what stamina, tailoring skill percent or your computer is.
Guild Chat "\" is always in character.
Guild Chat is not for complaining about the guild, trash talking fellow orcs or debating. All that goes to IRC.
Guild Chat is also not for handing out punishments. Ask the orc to come to you and hand them out ingame.
Guild Chat is for orcs to roleplay with each other, help new orcs and discuss tactics during combat.
Combat always takes priority in guild chat.

Punishments

Minor offenses: laps around a Rogzagh building or gathering small (100-600 for ex.) amount of resources.
Major offenses: laps plus gathering a larger quantity of resources in the thousands.
Serious or Repeated Major/Minor offenses can possibly result in demotion along with resource gathering/laps.
Extreme offenses can result in any combination of the above or being declared a Fork (fake orc) and removed from Bloodclan.
All punishments are at the discretion of the ranking orc. If you feel you are being treated unfairly, talk to the branch leader or the Warcouncil OOC via IRC or PM's.
